A message from Dr. McSweeney regarding COVID-19 and our responsibility to our patients and community.
We want our patients to know that we are deeply concerned and staying up to date on the outbreak of coronavirus. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all affected individuals and families. We are doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and community by minimizing the risk of spreading any disease by taking extra precautions at the office. Our office will remain open at this time to provide care for our patients.
In order to ensure a safe environment for everyone we are spreading out our schedule to minimize patient overlap, and allowing extra time to sanitize all surfaces. We are encouraging anyone who has symptoms or concerns to please call us. The doctors are more than happy to help over the phone or make recommendations accordingly.
We are keeping close watch and following recommendations from the Washoe County Health District, the Nevada Department Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding appropriate screening and infection control.
We have nutrition suggestions that we can send you in the mail or suggest to build your immune system. Please stay calm, band together and help your neighbors, friends, and loved ones.
